how does current flows in antennas?

The solutions to the wave equation consist of traveling waves and standing waves. The traveling waves move back and forth in the conductors and the standing waves are stationary.
 
For more detailed information you may find Radio Society of Great Britain or American Radio Relay League publications of some value.
 
Another way to look at it is that the antenna matches the impedance of the transmission line to the impedance of air. So the air is the load on a transformer, and thus a typical ac circuit.
