how does convert 12vdc to 220vac 50hz????/

i want convert 12vdc to 220vac 50hz use MCU such as pic 16f877a...
do I do it?

You can convert 12VDC to 5V, 50Hz AC (square wave) using a voltage regulator and PIC16F877A. To up convert, the 5V AC to 220V AC, you need an inverter circuit that comprises of power transistors and transformer. Google for inverter circuits, and you will a lot.
