Based on the schematic, there is no adjust pot in that power supply. The voltage is probably controlled by the resistor divider network R1/R2 on the LM723 regulator.
Search the Internet for schematics of adjustable LM723 regulators, those may have some typical R1/R2 resistor networks with an adjustment pot....
