how convert 1.2V@0.9A to 2.4V or more

Buy another pannel and connect it in series.
 
or he could just connect it to a volage multiplayer and connect a cap to it...

Hero999's idea is the simplest though; add another battery and double the solar array voltage.
 
The voltage doubler and "quadruppler" also require more than 1.3V pk-pk unless using special diodes.
 
after lose some time searching and study some solutions i will use this one based on a MAX1678 from MAXIM-IC.
