How can i make sample and hold circuit using 741 Op-amp? I am trying to make this circuit for my college project but facing some problem.

Anyone can help me and instruction me in which process i complete the project?

It's virtually impossible to make a decent sample and hold circuit with a 741.

What are you sample speed and hold requirements?

Do you have you choice of components to use? The are several sample & hold ICs that would work better than anything you could make.

Yes, CMOS Op Amps are generally better for S&H circuits since they have very low input bias currents which minimizes droop on the hold capacitor voltage.
