I have wondered so many times how electronic devices are produced at large quantity, how do the big companies do it ,is there a special way of doing the soldering it?
They use automated manufacturing lines. The parts are all on reels and are placed on the board by a part-placing machine, then the board passes through an oven that melts the solder pads and solders the parts to the board. Surface-mount components make automated assembly a lot faster and cheaper.
