Honeywell accelerometer constant current supply

I would like to make some vibration measurements and I'm not sure what about the sensor. I'm planning to use Honeywell accelerometer type is that I have supplied in the attachment. Is there anyone who can help about supply and the signal read schematics because there is a need for constant current sourcing and Ac biasing on the 12VDC but I would like to read it by the PIC 18F4520 AD. Thanks in advance.
