I would like to Buiid a Home theater system on my own which would give a DTS Dolby effect. Can Anybody provide there Ideas to get a Cheap and Better quality Home Theater.

Go out and buy one! - you can get them VERY cheaply!, whereas you can't buy the specialist IC's cheaply at all!.

If you want to improve it's quality?, then don't use the amplifiers or speakers it comes with, build decent quality amplifiers, and either buy or build decent speakers.
