Hmi

Hi there
i a m a hobyist.I want install a touchscreen/HMI interface in my shop to control lights ,Air con etc.
I want a simple HMI interface which i can use with my thermostat to control Air con,as control lighting etc in shop,office.
Does anybody know how to go about it?
