High Voltage Multimeter

Hello!

I am new to electronics but need to do an experiment involving high voltages. For the experiment, I need to measure voltage of a device that goes up to 5 kV and has a fundamental frequency of 350kHz. I am not sure if the frequnecy plays a role in the type of multimeter that I need to get. Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

The average "multimeter" is not going to measure anything accurately at 350kHz.

The type of meter makes a BIG difference at anything higher than 1kHz or so.
