hello,
i want to switch 24 v with some higher frequency. can anyone please tell me how to do so ??? i cannot do it with relays they donot provide high frequency.
thanking in anticipation.

24V isn't high. Just use MOSFETs. Don't forget the gate drivers required for high speed switching.

i would suggest MOSFETs with a Vds rating of at least 50V in case there is any ringing on switch off. If you are unsure of how to drive the FETs then use a gate driver IC.
