High power LED 4 x 2W

Hi guys,

where can I buy this type of LED? Or even the board with LED.

I attach pictures and info.

The info says RGBW so its 4 LED chips are red, green, blue and white. It also says 4x 2W which might be 2W for each of its LEDs for a total of 8W. Then somewhere it must say how to cool it or calculate a size for a heatsink.
