Hi pot and thermal stress test for bare PCB

Anyone could help how to select a section in PCB for hi pot and thermal stress test?
I mean that any selection criteria is available for this kind of tests?

Are you talking bout a PCB with out parts? or with parts?
For hi pot testing, I need to know what you are testing. Probably a power supply?

HIPOT is defined by IEC safety tests, thermal stress depends on Op or Non-Op but I have done thermal shock and hi/lo cycles for T&RH with industrial and mil-temp ranges
