Hex file size

    My hex file size is 65Kb and i want it to burn it into ATmega32 Microcontroller. Is it possible? and how to do that?

    Hex files are always bigger than binary files.... Your 65k hex will probably be only 2k binary... If the file size is too big for the micro, you should have had a warning when compiled / assembled...

    Have you an AVR programmer?
