HEP COMputer PRoblem!!

hello sir!! good day


i have an problem in my computer regarding the installation of files becuase it required a .NET framework v.4.0.30319

does that have cause a problem in W7..?

i try it many times but it didnt work... kindly help me troubleshoot this problem..

Install the latest .Net framework. It is free.
Google ".net framework windows 7".
