Far too advanced for, dare I say, most of the people on any electronics forum, let alone a beginner like you. So advanced, you can't actually find free schematics because anyone who knows how to build them is making money off of it. And you also need licensing since you are sending out radio waves. Expensive and difficult to build properly too.
