M mneary New Member Mar 31, 2010 #2 Most of the A6 diodes are BAS16 or BAS316, but they would be marked A6, A6p, A6s, or A6t. But sometimes the final letter is a date or factory code. BAS316 is a 2-lead part, so that's not it.
