Help with control of a Modulo Ceramic Ultrasonic Humidifier Module 108khz 5v 20mm

Hello everyone, I am designing a small greenhouse and I want to apply a control to these humidifiers, however these come to be ON/OFF not for control as such, I thought of a circuit with mosfet and PWM but finding out I should not by the inductance that this has, I do not know what other solution has, I'm not very good with control issues but I would like to know how to solve this problem.

You could use very slow PWM - eg. one cycle every ten seconds, or even one a minute.

You just need to average out the humidity sensor reading over several control cycles, if you are monitoring that to control the humidity.

On/off Humidistats have been used for CONTROL in industrial applications since the beginning of controls with satisfactory results like paint booths, greenhouses and clean rooms.

I'm very interested in hearing about the reason you need more control than +/-1% range that most inexpensive off-the-shelf units can maintain.
