help with connecting of a potentiometer

Hi everyboy,
I'm a student and I don't use potentiometers as often.can someone please help on how to connect a potentiometer to the circuit i'm building.I uploaded an image of the potentiometer i'm using and the pdf document of the circuit i'm building.can someone help on how to connect the potentiometer according to VR1 and VR2 in the circuit diagram.will be really appreciated.

VR1 and VR2 are connected differently in the circuit. Which did you want?
