Help with block diagrams

i am desgning a car park system and need help with my block diagrams. My employer wants 2 seperate 1's (PIC and Logic System). The sort of stuff the system will be able to do is count the amount of cars gonig in and out of the car park , some sort of displays to show if it is full spacea vailable etc. Could some one help me please?
