Hi guys.
Newbie here trying to find some help.
Are there any standard designs for a revolving counter that will light up a row of led's or turn that information into a form that can be transmitted via radio waves to a receiver?
If so, how small can this be? And lastly, is there anyone near to Gillingham, Kent who can help me with this?
Thanks.

You are going to need to do a much, much better job of explaining what you are trying to do. There are plenty of revolving counter designs depending on what you mean by "revolving". You really need to better define this. I did manage through Google to discover Gillingham, Kent was in the UK on the bright side.
