Help to find or/and name a arithmetic IC!

Hi dear all.
I'm looking for a logic circuit that would have :
2 input bits
8 output bits, where
- one of the input bit would increment the value of the 8 bits output.
- the other input bit would decrement " " " " " " ".

I'm sure such and IC exists. There probably a generic name for such a function.
Please help me finding out what it's called!

That would be a 74LS193. You will need 2 as they are 4 bits each.
