hi
i need help regarding building a circuit which contain both functions
1) the circuit board should be capable to burn the program in eprom that is on to the eprom of micro controller and
2) 4x4 keypad interfacing with serial port of computer that is pressing a key in keypad should give the relevant number on the monitor...
both the above should be in a single circuit (PCB) that is using a jumper if jumper is on the circuit should perform keypad interfacing and if jumper is off it should burn program from serial port
please help with resources and ideas
