Help required for interfacing 2.5" HDD to PIC18F6680 or ARM 7 TDMI.

Also, you should probably know that compact flash cards use the same command set as IDE drives (ATA) so getting a small ide-cf adaptor may be an easy way to play around with reading/writing sectors because you can plug the CF card into a card reader to verify what you've done using a program on windows/linux to read/write the sectors of the memory card.
