I'm trying to build a power supply 230v ac to 15v 0 15v to a 12vdc 5vdc. I need help. I have a CD of a PSU but as a newbie I'm struggling to make an addition.

What addition are you struggling to make. It's not evident from what you've posted so far.

Without a more detailed review, the schematic looks fine at this point for +/-12 V outputs. The outputs can not be adjusted up to 15 V.

What is your question? What addition do you want to make? Do you want to add 15 V and 5 V outputs to this supply?

Also, what is the source of the schematic? Did you create it, of is it from an app note or website? If so, please post a link to the original.

Both what? You need to be much more specific about what you want, because we do not know your application / system / whatever.

Input voltages

Output voltages

Minimum and maximum output currents *per voltage*

Temperature range - max heatsink sizes - are fans allowed - enclosed or open-air - ???

etc.

I will start again. I have a Mini Moog Synth circuit diagram and saw that someone had built one.
. I was looking for a PSU for this. I tried Claude AI but after discussing this with other folk its not a road one should go down. I found this https://syntherjack.net/modular-synth-power-supply/ . one thing the AI suggested which I felt I could do was to put an additional 5v output for "future" proofing the synth for any digit additions.

Well the original idea for the Mini Moog (which Robert Moog himself was against), and the designer of it, was an engineer called Gene Zumchak - who I used to talk to online quite a lot. However, I've not heard from him for a good while now, and I'm concerned he might have died :(

The video you linked has links to other construction pages. The first one has schematics for a power supply that makes +/-20 V unregulated, and +/-10 V regulated. If you are building the same project, why do you need +/-12 V and +/-15 V?

Looks like i missed that page. As I said earlier I put the CD in to Claude AI which gave me a PSU schematic which suggested a 12v +/- with a 230v 15v-0-15v 80va which I now have. Again I'm very new to this. Have had success with a few small kits and a breadboard. Still a long way to go.

Don't make up abbreviations, CD stands for 'Compact Disc'.
It used to stand for compact disc. Since that's no longer a thing, recent EE textbooks have been using it for Circuit Diagram.

Seems like, as Pete Townshend wrote, you look pretty young but (you're) just back dated.
