Help please (numeric keypad)

Hi everybody can anyone give me some information about how to make a numeric keypad

Why in the world would you want to make your own keypad when after the cost of the components you could buy 2 or more ready made ones. You could even strip an old phone for one if you had too.

bryan1 is right it is easier and alot cheaper just to buy one already made.

Is this a sofware issue? DO you need help with software? IF so, please tell us what you are using for a micro.

There are many places on the internet that have schematic diagrams with source code, just have to search "google" many will come up.
