I have application circuit OP-Amp for IR Thermopile but Im don’t know value ever component use in application Op-amp? and which IC Op-amp compatible use in circuit?

How much voltage do you expect out of the thermopile?
Why does the schematic show R4 and R5 connected?
The impedance of the thermopile is so low that C3 is useless.
I think you should consider an instrumentation op amp, look it up on the www.
