Hi,
This is an old H bridge motor driver IC. It was made by a couple of manufacters. Why do you want an equivalent? Have you tried to buy the original part? Is it for a repair? If so how much is the item you are repairing worth?
I've not lookeed up a replacement, but it's a simple enough device (data sheet is on the web) that a number of devices could be made to work if you havethe time to look at datasheets.
