Help me making a 12v, -12v, 5v, and -5v power supply

Use a 30v 3A center tapped transformer. (each winding is 15v)

You will get roughly +15v and -15v after rectification.

Use a LM7812 for +12v
Use a LM7912 for -12v
Use a LM7805 for +5v
Use a LM7905 for -5v

Max dissipation from the Vregs will be almost 30W (with a 1A load on each output (34W total load) ), so a decent heatsink will be needed.
