help making pcb on simple circuit

Is stripboard enough for you? You just need to cut some of the traces and wire it up.

the boards you buy have the stripes from one side to another, but you need to cut them in half like under IC1 so you don't short the pins but get nice way of connecting other components.
 
Go to Google.
Choose images.
Enter veroboard.

You will see many pictures.
 
looks complex i think im just use a board wiht all the holes in it from radio shack lol

That's actually a really good way of doing it and a good place to buy the boards. Get the kind with the little copper pads around each hole - that kind of "perf board" is cheaper at Radio Shack than most other places I've found. Use "Wire Wrap" wire (also available at RS) and go point-to-point. The reason Wire Wrap is the thing to use is that the insulation doesn't melt back so much, and the wire is a very fine gauge.
