Help Making a cable

Hi,

I need a cable to connect the band units on a transceiver. It is a short 15 pin cable. I would love to find them already made but I have resigned myself to making them. I have attached a picture of the cable and it's mating connector. The connector is about 7/8" long. I have looked through the Jameco and Mouser catalogs but I can't even identify the correct connector. I'm hoping someone can give me some help identifying the parts to make a few of these.

I'm not sure if it is any help but here is the engineering diagram for the cable. I haven't been ablt to cross reference any of the part numbers.
