help - LED flasher

If I had to give a supply voltage of 9 volts dc instead of 12 volts to the attached circuit will it works ? thanks

pics not there so i cant really help much but you can always use the 9 and boost to 12 but will probably drain that battery or pull alot of juice from whatever ur source is post again with working pic or tell us a bit about the schematic, if its just a LED flasher u might not even need all that power cuz most LEDs run around 2V and if ur using an IC to run it u might only need 5 so tell us a little more about it. :twisted:
