help it is possible whit tester for biplalar transistor - to test mosfet

please help if is possible test mosfet transistor whit test for bipolar transistor.
attachment one circuits my qestion is whit this circuit it is possible,if not please send
circuits to test bipolar and mosfet and indentificate leads, not use microprocesor.

A transistor is turned on with base current and its base voltage will be about 0.7V.
A Mosfet has no gate current, it is turned on with a voltage that is usually 10V.
 
The circuit in the post #1 attachment is not suitable for testing a MOSFET and identifying its leads.
