I want to interface an led with two digit up down counter.the led will switch ON when the 7segment count up or down provided the display is not zero.if the 7segment display 00,the led will also be off.how do i do this.thanks.
I have checked your tutorial.dont know what i'm doing wrong.the up down counter works fine but just cant light the led when counting up or down.the led should only be off when the display reaches 00 or else it should stay on.
