there are lots of "through hole via"s in my circuit because i use top and bottom copper layers. is there a way to avoid that via holes being placed underneath the components?

regards

Why are you concerned about vias under your components?

Put a copper square under the component (top copper layer), and connect it to ground or Vdd etc. When it does the auto-route it will not put any vias there, and will only route tracks there on the bottom side of the PCB.
