help for avr microcontroller

hi
i am using ATMEL ATmega128 microcontroller(https://www.electro-tech-online.com/custompdfs/2006/08/doc2467.pdf This is its datasheet). i wrote the program using AVR sTUDIO 4.12. Can anyone lease suggest me a method to feed that code into the above mentioned microcontroller. can any1 respond urgently because i need to complete my project before the end of this month
i am a bit new to microcontroller but working hard from 2 months to undestand and control them. i am using it to control a stepper motor. and hence a toy car.can any1 suggest me some advance ideas in this either.this is my firs project.

i need the method by which the code is fed into the microcontroller.
i dont need the datasheet.i have it

Parallel programming timing diagram starts on page 298
msb first
serial programming starts on page 304
the timing diagram for serial programming is on page 307
the commands for serial programming are on page 308
