Help for ACCL ( Auto Change Over Switch with Pre Set Load) with Microcontroller.

Hi Friends.

I am Fenol final year engineering student. pls help me for my project i want to make ACCL ( with Microcantroller) Which is preset for a specified current rating ( 800W to 1000W )on Single Phase 230V or 3 Phase 440V AC supply on generator Back up. and if the load exceeds the preset value the circuits get tripped. if Mains restore , the ACCL will changeover automatically to mains supply without any load restriction.
 
What ideas have you had so far for the hardware/software needed?
