danadak Well-Known Member Most Helpful Member Aug 22, 2024 #6 Guess on my part given you need mosfet drivers for that application, and 4 digit part number rung a bell in my fat head. You could power one of those parts up on bench, and confirm functionality sort of. Upvote 0 Downvote

The datasheet says IR2103 but your pic says IT2103. However, the pinout is the same. You can use IR216 as an alternative. Half-bridge driver on IC IR2161 - Share - PCBWay Hello, Thank you.
