Help constructing voltage level shifter

| I'm trying to connect a computer to my car's navigation display,
| in other words, trying to convert VGA to RGB. I purchased a
| converter that converts VGA to RGB but the output signal is
| between 0-1v. However, my car display accepts signals from -0.4
| to 0.4 range. Is there any product that can convert the rgb
| voltage from 0-1v range to -0.4-0.4 range?

A DC blocking capacitor and posibly an attenuator, if -0.5V to +0.5V is too much.
