Help asm routine for Timer1 to LCD ASCII

is there any asm routine to convert the values in tmr1L and tmrH to binary or bcd number, to print it in a display?

what i need exactly is to convert the value in TMR1 (period) to a frequency value. Using the capture modulo only allows me to get a number proportional to period, but what I need is the frequency value (f=1/p). I already have a routine to convert bunary to bcd numerbs.
