can a telecommunication service provider( i mean handphone here) trace a information from the sms that we sent?can they know what model of handphone that we are using to send sms?or any information can be retrieved?
that means when i send a sms,the IMEI number is also sent together and the service provider can know number?what is meant by 'block' in the reply?

also, they can work out ur geographical position. this is not so much 'sent' with ur message, but they can use the signal to triangulate it, and get quite an accurate location (not good when sending anonomous threating notes to banks etc...)
'block' means that it will not be able to comunicate with the phone provider - it will be useless.
