I am looking for an H bridge circuit that will handle 12v @ 10A.DC
Supply voltage is 12vDC I have some IRF540NPBF 100v single n channel Hexfet power MOSFETS Does anyone know of a P channel that would be comparable?
I have a very limited understanding of electronic circuits.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

You dont have to have exact 'counterparts' with MOSFETs, and you can
find lots of different kinds on the IRF site. Do a search for International Rectifier
and you'll find lots of these parts, N and P types.
You also have to be a little careful with the timing between upper and lower,
in that you have to make sure there is a little 'dead' time between
the switching. A snubber might be required too.
