Sorry, I got a mistake in the design, please let re-deisgn and then I'll update that post.


Hi,
I got a 5V relay which I want to drive with 3.3V pins of uC.
A & B are coming from the uC.
I designed the following H-Bridge.

In the following design, the inputs must not be (A,B) = (1,1).

The two diodes are must right? for over-voltage protection in each direction.
