H-bridge Help!!

hi, just wanna know if i can build a h-bridge by using four NPN transistors??
i want to control a bipolar stepper motor using them

how about 8 NPN transistors? and some diodes and resistors?
i mean, can i make an h-bridge without using PNP transistors to control a stepper motor?

You need to switch power to the the windings in the correct sequence = no H-bridge.
