Because most simulation programs require a ground in a circuit as a reference to calculate all the voltages and currents from.

thanx for ur quick answer but i still not understand

is it just for samulation program not in real life
and how the samulation program calculate the voltage and current from the ground

I've never heard of a samulation program; do you mean a simulation program?

Yes, it's probably just the simulation program that requires a ground but any well-drawn schematic should have a 0V rail or ground connection clearly marked.
