Graphic lcd problem

i 've worked to make my lcd work last 2 weeks:mad: . I use PIC16F877A and my lcd conroler is t6963c, and CCS c compiler..I've checked data sheets and application notes a lot but i can not find why it is not working..

You have yet to mention what doesn't work here!
First off, are you sure you have enough Vee?
 
vee is normal vdd-19v...

My problem ıs...
t6963c's graphic area is start at 0x8000...
if i will use only graphic mod my graphic area adress must start at 0x0000 or
0x8000

is that correct???
