good PIC for USB

I need a PIC to do a simple work, connecting a dial pad to the computer via USB.
The computer software part isn't mine, I just need to make a device with a dial pad, and if a button is dialed, it needs to send data to the software, via usb.
Which PIC should I be ordering?
I need to order the PIC immediately, so that I can study about it when it is being delivered.
