Game show buzzer design

I am looking for a simple design to build for a game show. I hope to have two teams, and each team to have up to five contestants. This system must not be able to display a tie game, and prefferably use a push button on a cord, versus buttons on a counsel. Any help would be greatly appreiciated!

Game Circuits

This about as simple as you can get. I've used it, and it works. If you have two teams, and only want two lights, but want every player to have a button, just parallel several push buttons on each of two player circuits. No ties!
