What is it that you don't understand?
 
I am not understanding the working of the circuit. Could you please explain it? Are all the mosfets powered by Vbus simultaneously? How resonant transition is occuring? What is the use of gate control circuit? These are my doubts.

The attachment shows a lengthy IEEE article in which the author explains in lengthy detail how the circuit works. How are we supposed to do better than that? I think we are both in over our heads in the technology and knowledge needed to understand this article.
