I see that its 600V to 120V ie 1:5 step down, easily used for 120V input to 24V output, ideal for a bench power supply.

Even though the Ratio is correct for what you said, The 24 Volt Output Current would be Somewhat Low, because of the High Inductance of the 600 Volt Side, with only 110 volts applied.

It would be More Suitable to use it as a 110 to 600 Volt Step up.
 
do you make planar transformer or network transformer?

I would need MORE SPECIFIC INFO.
Presently I am winding some 12 Volt to 10KV Flyback transformers for a company in the USA.
